Classical Homeopathy is a natural and gentle method of treatment that has proven to be effective for physical, mental and emotional ailments, in babies, children and adults.

Homeopathic treatment relates to the person as a whole, and to the totality of his characteristics – physical symptoms, emotional characteristics, sleep habits, dreams, appetite, and other characteristics.

The Homeopathic treatment enables the person to undergo a deep healing process, and to improve his general level of health.

The name of the Homeopathic medicine is called a Remedy in professional circles.

Classical Homeopathy has a number of principles:

1)   Law of Similars – the Homeopath exactly matches a remedy to the total condition of the patient. This remedy is able to produce exactly the symptoms of the patient, in another healthy patient.

2)   The Principle of the Single Dose – according to Homeopathic understanding, there is only one remedy which is most similar to the totality of the individual symptoms of the patient at any one time. Therefore, the Homeopath will choose one remedy for the treatment. In the future, the patient may need another remedy.

3)   The Principle of the Minimum Dose – this principle is based on the understanding that the Homeopathic Remedy stimulates the organism's own natural healing forces. According to Homeopathic philosophy, the cause of disease is a change in or damage to the vital force. The special process by which the Homeopathic Remedy is made brings it to the level at which it has a dynamic effect only on the vital force, and no material effect. This special process of preparation facilitates the unique healing powers of the material from which the remedy is made. The remedy reaches  the roots of the disease.

4)    The principle of the Individual Treatment – the Homeopath matches the homeopathic treatment in an individual manner to each patient, and focuses on the person rather than the name of the disease. The Homeopath relates to the body and the mind as one, the person as one whole, so that the remedy is matched according to the totality of characteristics of the person. For example, two people coming with the same illness, migraine, for example, will each receive a different homeopathic treatment, based on each one's unique symptoms and unique characteristics – both physical and mental emotional.

5)   The Principle of the Vital Force – each person has a life force whose aim it is to preserve balance and harmony of the whole organism / person. The purpose of the Homeopathic treatment is to strengthen the Vital Force in order that it can contend with and withstand any harmful situations and illnesses that the person may encounter during his life. We can also term this a strengthening of the immune system.

6)   Totality of Symptoms – the Homeopathic treatment is suited to the individual person as per the totality of his or her symptoms on the physical and mental emotional fields.

7)   Principle of Direction of Cure – the direction of the development of disease is from outside, inwards, from external organs, e.g.  skin, to the internal ones, e.g. digestive system, respiratory system. The process of healing occurs in the opposite direction, from inside towards outside.

8)   Principle of Verification of the Homeopathic remedy – the process of verification of the homeopathic remedy is done on healthy persons, in conjunction with a control group who receive placebo, in order to receive a group of symptoms which the remedy is capable of producing. With the use of this remedy, we can cure ill persons with similar symptoms. This process is called a Homeopathic Proving.

At the present, 3500 remedies have undergone this process.
